With careful attention to detail, an abundance of creativity and a love for fresh “from scratch” food, the Saraveza kitchen crew throw out a simple menu focused on pasties, pickling, canning and charcuterie that will fill your belly and compliment your pint.
Kitchen lead, Spence Lack comes to Saraveza straight off the farm. After a decade and a half of working in the world of fine food, he went to the root of cooking (pun totally intended) and built a farm from the ground up. Working at the farm coupled with the belief that every dish should be smothered with grandmotherly love makes a great fit for a kitchen that is focused on humble beer friendly foods.
