UPRIGHT BREWING taps a firkin of # 6!
On Friday, May 15th, 6 pm at Saraveza we’ll be pouring Upright #6: a deep copper-colored rye beer made with French saison yeast and featuring a distinct scotch-like milk chocolate tone, finishing dry. 6.6% abv.
Alex Ganum, owner and head brewer of Upright Brewing, will be there to chat about his new venture.
This is the only firkin filled from this batch…. so if you want some, come see Alex from 6-8pm tomorrow!

Saraveza ups Midwest offerings with new limited releases of Leinie’s and Capital!
It has been hard to get our hands on Wisconsin brew…Fortunately, the beer people of Portland know that Saraveza is looking for some homeland juice and keep us privy on any offerings. In the last week, we’ve doubled our Wisco line up. Here’s the run down of our expanded offerings:
