THURSDAY, SEPT. 5TH 5PM TO 8PM Day 2 of our 4th Annual Back to School Cider Showcase features: 2-Towns Ciderhouse Tasting!  Local rep. Kevin Hood will be in-house pouring samples and answering questions about all things new and exciting!  We’ll have bottles of Bad Apple & Ginja Ninja, cans of the Bright Cider and we’ll have Rhubarbarian on draft!

About 2 Towns:  Three childhood friends—living in 2 different towns—banded together with meager savings, a love of craft brewing and cider to launch 2 Towns Ciderhouse. This trinity seeks to advance the cider craft industry through mixing both old and new cider techniques and experimentation.

2 Towns Ciderhouse has begun a three year project that will add 700 new cider apple trees per year to our new orchards. Located along the banks of the Willamette River, the views are as beautiful as the fruit is delicious!

kimjordonThu, Aug 15th, 5pm:  In a time where craft beer is king, Kim Jordon of New Belgium Brewing is possibly the queen!  Kim, founder and CEO, has been at the helm of NBB since Abbey Ale and Fat Tire first rolled out of a Fort Collins, CO basement in 1991. Next Thursday Kim will be happy houring at Saraveza and enjoying an NBB mini tap takeover including a beer Saraveza staff had a hand in making.

Saraveza folks, Sarah, Erika, Tyler Vickers & Tyler Treadwell, all made the trip to Seattle to brew this IPA with The Pine Box crew in early June.  “We are honored and stoked to have had our minds and hands on a beer and watch it come to life!  We’re so grateful that Kim and everyone else at New Belgium and Elysian take the time to involve beer lovers like us to be a part of beer creation!,” said Sarah of Saraveza.

Join us on Thursday for a taste of Segal Ranch Cascade Rye IPA (Trip Series) 6.1% ABV as well as New Belgium’s:
- French Aramis IPA (Hop Kitchen Series) 6.7% ABV, 74 IBUs
- Coconut Curry Hefeweisen (Lips of Faith Series) 8% ABV
