It’s the first Portland Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival at Saraveza. That’s right, a full fledged festival, in less than a month, featuring a rotation of over 20 rare Farmhouse and Wild Ales from across the country, many never before available and from both established and new breweries. Come both days for the full experience.

Portland Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival celebrates U.S. brewers who have embraced the styles of Saison, Biere de Garde and Brettanamyoces inflected beers which vary from light to strong, earthy, spicy, fruity and funky tart.

Your $20 Ticket includes One Official Portland Farmhouse and Wild Ales Festival Tasting Glass and 10 beer tickets.
Go to Saraveza’s Beer Boutique to purchase your tickets. Tickets can also be purchased (Cash Only!) at the door. Additional drink tickets will be available at the festival for $1 each.

Pliny the Younger Tickets Go On Sale Sunday, March 17th ...Tapping On Monday the 18th.

We will be selling tickets at Saraveza’s Speakeasy, Bad Habit Room Sunday, March 17th at 2 pm sharp. Saraveza’s doors will open at 11:00 am as usual. Come Have lunch and and enjoy a Russian River 2010 Sanctification or 2011 Temptation on draught while you wait for your place in line to purchase your Younger ticket (One Per Person).

Tickets are $7 each and good for one 8 oz. pour of Pliny The younger on Monday, March 18th anytime between 4 and 10pm. No lines, no rush; if you have your ticket, you’re guaranteed your pour.

UINTA Brewing Night at Saraveza!

WED, March 27th Uinta Brewing will be in-house from 6pm to 9pm for a mini tap takeover and bottle tasting.  Come down for a “Labyrinth” black ale ice-cream float & a chance to win some cool schwag!

Featured Beers:

WYLD American Pale Ale
Brewed with organic barley malt and hopped just enough to tempt an IPA loyalist, Wyld Extra Pale Ale is USDA Certified Organic.
ABV:4% IBU:29

HYVE Honey Ale
This medium-bodied golden ale is brewed with local wildflower honey. Full-flavored beer. Rich. Robust. Bittersweet beginning. Quickly mellows, leaving the palate with a subtle hint of honey.
ABV:4% IBU:13

Hop Notch IPA
Simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.
ABV: 7.3% IBU: 82

Cockeyed Cooper Barley Wine
Exquisite flavors of bourbon with splashes of vanilla. Watch for currents of dark chocolate and dried fruit. Generous amounts of hops and malts make for a smooth journey from start to finish.

And, featuring House-made Black Ale Ice Cream Floats with:

Labyrinth Black Ale
Discover the complex intermingling of black licorice and toasted oak in this multi-dimensional black ale. There are subtle hints of bittersweet chocolate.
