Saturday, July 28th, Noon – 4PM: We’ll have five brilliant Green Flash Brews on tap and Saraveza’s kitchen has put together an amazing House-Smoked BBQ Plate to pair with them, featuring our brisket, smoked chicken Caesar salad, sweet corn on the cob with roasted red pepper butter & two of our beet pickled deviled eggs topped with house-smoked bacon bits…quite the plate indeed, and not to mention our very own SugarPimp’s Quadruple Chocolate Brownies made with Green Flash Double Stout for the sweet ending.
One of the very talented brewers of this fantastic San Diego brewery, Pat Korn, will be here to pour some FREE samples of other special Green Flash offerings and chat us up about the brewery as we soak up the sun on what’s sure to be a beautiful afternoon. MON. SEPT. 24th: Packer regular Matt, Widmer Brothers and Saraveza has your travel and tailgate party covered! All you need to do is reserve your seat on one of our two party buses and buy your game day ticket!
Details: for $45 we’ll be hooking you up with a ride in a big ol’ coach bus to and fro the game. Widmer Brothers is providing as much beer as needed on the bus and at our killer complimentary tailgate party. We’ll have brats grilling, game day sweets, some non-alcoholic beverages and lots of beer. Feel free to bring more snacks, party goods or face paint for yourself or to share!

Saturday, July 7th, 6PM: Join us as we welcome Jamie Floyd and the Ninkasi posse for part of one of the most important series of annual events in Oregon Craft Beer. Quentin Falconer started the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation in honor of his brother, beloved Oregonian brewer and the Foundation’s namesake (Glen pictured left), whom this community tragically lost in 2002. The Foundation has since developed into the Sasquatch Beer Fest in Eugene, the Brew-Am Golf Tournament at Edgefield and the Sasquatch Legacy Project, which each year since 2004 honors up-and-coming talent in the brewing community with scholarships to the prestigious Siebel Institute as well as the American Brewers Guild. Additionally, these recipients get to collaborate on the following year’s celebratory brew.
This year’s collaboration, Ninkasi’s “Sasquatch Legacy Wheat Wine”, is dually honorific in that it has also been brewed in memory of Glen’s friend and fellow brewer, Mike West, who passed away in 2011. Last year’s scholarship winners who helped bring this beauty to life include, Jason Carrier of Eugene’s Falling Sky, Brett Thomas of Bend’s Silver Moon, Dave Pendleton of Centralia’s Dick’s Brewing with the additional help of Chip Carrier of Eugene’s Bier Stein and, of course, Jamie. $1 from each pint of this year’s chosen brew will be donated to the fund.
