•Amanda Benson, Deschutes Brewing: Amanda is the Sensory Analysis Expert for the nation’s fifth biggest craft brewery.
•Lauren Woods Salazar, New Belgium Brewing: Lauren is NBB’s Sensory Specialist and Master Sour Blender; the woman behind La Folie!
•Tonya Cornett, 10 BBL Brewing: With multiple medals at GABF, World Beer Cup and NABA in her back pocket, Tonya’s got the lowdown on how a brewer approaches the making and tasting of a new beer from start to finish!
Join these ladies as they wake up your senses to the many layers of flavor and smells that beer has to offer. In addition to deconstructing and analyzing four IPAs, we we’ll be analyzing NBB’s “Tart Lychee” and Tonya’s newest raspberry sour “Crush.” Her first released sour “Ching Ching” landed her the gold at World Beer ‘12 and the bronze at GABF ‘11.Tweet this
