FA LA LA LA LA « Winter Ale ‘Tis the season to be jolly, so let us contribute with the return of the Fa. This year’s BACK! strong ale continues with bagfuls of Matt’s favorite hop—Centennials—and the gentle balance of a strong malty brew towarm your heart and soul. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt, imported crystal malts, and Centennial hops. 7.5% ABV, 85 IBUs
KILLER BRASS « Dangerous Blond Ale ($6.75 / 12oz. goblet pour) This “dangerous” fresh hop ale was brewed with extra fresh Mt. Hood hops from Sodbuster Farms in the Willamette Valley, and added to a base of Pilsner malt, a little rye, and some Oregon clover honey. The spice of the rye compliments the Mt. Hood’s pleasant, clean, forest
aroma, and leaves a finish that is as crisp as a fall Northwest morning. The warmth of the honey evens the palate, and makes this a perfect beer to celebrate this time of year. Its a strong blonde, but you can handle it. 8.2% ABV, 45 IBUs
KÖLSCH « Light German Ale In Cologne, many a brewery produces a light-bodied ale with a delicate fruitiness and rounded maltiness, courtesy of a unique yeast strain. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and more generously hopped than its German cousin. 5.2% ABV, 40 IBUs
