meat-ad2Super Bowl Weekend, Feb. 3rd through 5th:  You read it right, folks!  It’s that time of year again for what’s certainly our most carnivorous event, held in homage of a time-honored ‘Sconnie tradition.  Over three days we’ll be raffling off a wide and wild variety of seriously delectable cuts from some of the finest purveyors in the land (including some of Saraveza’s own house-smoked sausages!), and what’s more, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Portland Fruit Tree Project
    Friday and Saturday’s events will begin with “Meet the Butcher”-style free samplings and conversation with rock-stars of charcuterie, Olympic Provisions (Fri), and masters of the game, Nicky Farms (Sat), followed by the raffling off of their delicious wares.  Super Bowl Sunday’s event will feature a halftime raffle extravaganza with none other than Wisconsin’s legendary Nueske’s Applewood–smoked meats!  Now that’s a halftime show!  Appropriately, we’ll be featuring Russian River’s “Blind Pig” IPA on tap all weekend, so come on down for a few pints and win some amazing meat for a good cause!

FRIDAY, 3rd: Olympic Provisions- “Meet the Butchers” at 7 PM, Meat Raffle at 9 PM

SATURDAY, 4th: Nicky Farms- “Meet the Butchers” at 7 PM, Meat Raffle at 9 PM

SUNDAY, 5th: Nueske’s- Super Bowl Half Time Meat Raffle
