Ninkasi & Saraveza VEGETARIAN DINNER

Jamie Floyd, head brewer/owner of Ninkasi, and Spence Lack, Saraveza kitchen lead, have joined forces and created a five course veggie dinner.  Each course is paired with Ninkasi beer.  Join Jamie and Spence at Saraveza on Tuesday, July 14th, 6:30pm.  Tickets for this private dinner are $40 and are on sale now. 

FIRST COURSE: ZATAR NAAN. Grilled bread seasoned with garlic & onion seed & served with house chutney & sauces

SECOND COURSE: “SAMOSA” of curried potato, green peas & onion served with tamarind sauce

THIRD COURSE: CREAMED SPINACH with cardamom

FOURTH COURSE: CHILLED CUCUMBER SALAD with meyer lemon, chilis and toasted cumin

FIFTH COURSE: CHANA MASALA - Traditional curried glazed chickpea-tomato ginger cilantro dish
