“Obliteration IX” Rye IIPA
Brewed with Citra & Saaz hops and coming in at 80 IBUs, this Rye IIPA evokes floral, tropical and citrus notes.
“Arctic Devil” Barley Wine
English-style barley wine. Though the recipe and process for Arctic Devil have evolved over the years, it is brewed once a year then aged in oak barrels for several months before the entire batch is blended, bottled and released.
“Panty Peeler” Belgian Tripel
Curacao (bitter) orange peel and coriander create a beautiful yet bolder tripel by infusing color, citrus and spice. Belgian yeast adds playful character. Bottle conditioning assures a perfectly heady experience.
Saraveza’s kitchen will be featuring three rich, delicious appetizers to be paired with the featured brews… and yes that does include bacon.
MSBC peeps will be in house with give aways, circulating, serving samples and chatting with guests about their exceptional brews.
